The Order Includes The Expansion And Modernization Of The Ordering Partys Existing Wireless Network Infrastructure. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex. No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Annex. No. 4 To Swz – Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. All Delivered Devices Must Constitute A Homogeneous Hardware Environment And Ensure Full Cooperation Of All System Components. 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty And Technical Support From The Manufacturer For The Delivered Devices, Licenses And Subscriptions For A Period Of At Least 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. 5. The Supplied Equipment, Licenses, Subscriptions And Technical Support Services Must Come From A Sales Channel Authorized By The Manufacturer. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present Documents Confirming The Legal Origin Of The Offered Products, Licenses, Subscriptions And Active Support Of The Manufacturer. 6.
