The Subject Of The Order Is A Complete Service Of Removal And Neutralization Of All Waste Abandoned In The Hall At Ul. Dojazdowa 11 In Gliwice (Plot With Registration Number 64/2, Nowe Gliwice District). The Task Involves The Correct And Environmentally Safe Removal (Including Loading And Transport) And Neutralization Of The Waste That Is The Subject Of The Order In The Installation Or Installations For The D-10 Process (Thermal Transformation On The Counter), With Capacities Ensuring The Neutralization Of This Waste Within The Agreed Time. The Task Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Waste Management Regulations. The Estimated Mass Of Waste To Be Removed And Neutralized Is 1,500 Mg. The Contractor Will Be Paid For The Actual Amount Of Waste Removed And Neutralized In The D-10 Process. The Ordering Party Will Enable Contractors Interested In This Order To Visit The Hall At Ul. Dojazdowa 11 In Gliwice. The Visit With The Participation Of Contractors Will Take Place On August 27, 2026 At 10:00. The Contractor Interested In Participating In The Visit Should, No Later Than The Day Before The Above-Mentioned Date, 12:00, Inform The Ordering Party In Writing Of Your Willingness To Participate At The E-Mail Address: [email protected]. On The Scheduled Date Of The On-Site Visit, The Employers Representative Will Allow The Contractors Access To The Property At Ul. Dojazdowa 11 In Gliwice. The Employers Representative Will Not Provide Any Information To The Contractors Undergoing The Inspection Or Answer Any Questions. The Contractor May Formulate Any Doubts Regarding The Subject Of The Order In The Request For Clarification Of The Content Of The Specification (Swz). The Contractor Participating In The On-Site Visit Assumes Full Responsibility For Ensuring The Health And Safety Of Persons Who Will Carry Out The Visit On Behalf Of The Contractor. At The Same Time, We Would Like To Inform You That During The On-Site Visit It Will Not Be Possible For The Contractor To Collect Waste Samples. The Ordering Party Informs That Submitting An Offer Without Completing The On-Site Visit Referred To Above Will Not Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18) Of The Public Procurement Law. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Additional Scope Of The Order (Option) Includes: Removal From The Hall, Transport And Disposal Of A Maximum Of 75 Mg Of Waste In The D10 Process. The Ordering Party Envisages Exercising The Option Right If The Basic Order Is Completed In 100% And There Is Still Waste Left In The Hall. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of The Order Under The Option Right Is The Provision Of A Service With The Same Scope As In The Basic Order.
