The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit And Providing Authors Supervision For The Task Of Carrying Out The Necessary Construction And Renovation Works In Order To Improve Energy Efficiency, Adapting The Facility To The Applicable Energy Efficiency Regulations, Specified At Least In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location And In The Act Of August 24, 1991 On The Protection Fire Protection Together With Implementing Acts To This Act, And To Facilitate Access For People With Special Needs Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs And To Ensure Safety For People Staying In The School Building And The Old Workshops Of The State Construction Schools In Gdańsk Located At Ul. Grunwaldzka 238 In The Strzyża District Of The Gdańsk Agglomeration, On Plot No. 43/18, Precinct 0030 - Owned By The Gdańsk City Commune, Permanently Managed By The State Construction Schools. 2. The Scope Of Design Work Includes The Contractors Performance Of All Studies, Analyses, Arrangements And Activities Necessary To Prepare Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation. This Scope Includes Obtaining A Building Permit. 3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed: A) Detailed Inventory Of The Building Along With Existing Installations, Greenery And Terrain For Design Purposes; B) Technical Expertise; C) Mycological Expertise; D) Chimney Inspection; E) Technical Expertise On The State Of Fire Protection Together With A Fire Development Scenario, Submitted For Approval To The Pomeranian Voivodeship Commander Of The State Fire Service (Locally Competent) And Obtaining A Resolution/Decision; F) Materials For Obtaining Derogations From The Applicable Technical Conditions If Necessary, Along With Obtaining A Decision On The Above-Mentioned Derogations. G) Map For Design Purposes; H) Obtain Technical Conditions Of Network Operators; I) Prepare A Current Electricity Power Balance To Determine The Demand For Electricity; J) Extract And Excerpt From The Land Register; K) Soil Tests Along With Documentation; L) Construction Design Including Obtaining A Building Permit Decision; M) Detailed Design; N) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); O) Bills Of Quantities; P) Investor Cost Estimates; Q) Collective Cost Statement; R) Promotional Materials Of The Project; S) Visual Information On The Object; T) Necessary Research, Analysis, Other Design Issues For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 4.
