The Subject Of The Order Includes A Single Mowing Of A Patch Of The Natural Habitat 6410 Variable Molinia Meadows (Molinion), Which Is Protected In The Natura 2000 Area Rynna Jezior Obrzańskie Plh080002. Within The Habitat Patch There Are Species Under Strict And Partial Protection. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Located On A Plot With Registration Number 267 (Prądówka District, Miedzichowo Commune, Nowy Tomyśl Poviat). The Detailed Location Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Opz. The Maps Included In The Appendix Are Illustrative And Indicate The Approximate Scope Of Vegetation To Be Removed (By Mowing, Felling And Removing Suckers). Details Regarding Determining The Boundaries In The Field Or Providing Geospatial Data Will Be Agreed Individually With The Contractor By The Ordering Party. When Carrying Out The Work, Allowable Errors In The Measurement Accuracy Of Gps Devices Should Be Taken Into Account. 3. Mowing Should Be Carried Out On The Plot With Registration Number 267. Prądówka Commune Miedzichowo, Nowy Tomyśl Poviat: A) Mowing Should Be Performed At A Height Of 10 To 15 Cm Above The Ground Surface, On An Area Of Approximately 1.35 Ha. Vegetation Should Be Mown By Hand Or With Light Equipment. It Is Possible To Use A Rotary Mower. When Using Mechanical Equipment, It Is Absolutely Impossible To Destroy The Ground, Excessive Fragmentation Of Organic Matter (Including Mulching) Or Leave Ruts. The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Parameters Characterizing The Permissible Maximum Pressure Of The Mechanical Equipment Approved For The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Uses Mechanical Equipment At His Own Risk. B) The Biomass Should Be Collected Together With The Remaining Grass Within 5 To A Maximum Of 10 Days From The Moment Of Mowing, Transported Outside The Habitat Patches And Managed On Its Own, But Without The Possibility Of Using It As Part Of A Business Activity Or Placing It On The Market. C) Biomass Must Be Collected Very Carefully, Without Leaving Any Residues. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To Collecting The Remaining Felt Along With The Windrow. D) Biomass (Including Wool) Must Be Removed In Its Entirety - I.E. Also Any Remaining Waste From Previous Years, Regardless Of Its Origin. Biomass Should Be Collected Very Carefully, Without Leaving Any Residues In The Mowing Area. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To Collecting The Remaining Felt Along With The Windrow. Please Remember That Leaving Biomass On Land Adjacent To A Natural Habitat Must Be Agreed With The Manager Of The Given Area. E) All Suckers - Trees Or Shrubs, Including Those From Previous Years - Must Be Removed From The Plot Surface. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Place Of Work After Completion (Including Collecting E.G. Plastics, Cigarette Butts, Plastic Ropes). 5. Unfounded Notification Of The Contractors Readiness To Accept The Works
