Performance Of All Construction Works Based On The Above-Mentioned. Documentation Consisting In Changing The Heating Method From Coal Stoves To Electric Heating With The Renovation Of A Residential Premises. The Subject Of The Order Should In Particular: A) Prepare Design And Construction Documentation Necessary To Complete The Task To The Extent Resulting From The Functional And Utility Program; B) Obtain All Necessary Or Required Conditions, Arrangements, Technical Opinions, Expert Opinions And Technical Tests; C) Obtain A Building Permit On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party; D) Perform Construction Works In The Scope Of The Developed Documentation Design; E) Deliver And Install Devices In Accordance With The Technical Documentation; F) Perform Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works; G) Prepare Acceptance Documentation; H) Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Information Regarding The Maintenance And Use Of The Residential Premises.
