The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Design, Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Consents And Decisions, And Then The Construction And Commissioning Of Two Independent Temporary Shelters (Mds) In The Basement Of The Building Of The Local Government Kindergarten In Rusinowo, Based In Gałki At Gałki 72A. The Order Includes All Design Works, Construction, Installation And Finishing Works, Deliveries, Equipment, Commissioning, Tests, Training And As-Built Documentation Necessary To Achieve The Required Protective Function. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Obtain A Durable, Ready-To-Launch Infrastructure For Two Mds: Mds 1 (Western Wing) And Mds 2 (Eastern Wing), Separated By A Central Technical Zone With An Oil Boiler Room And An Oil Storage Facility. Each Mds Is To Operate Independently In The Field Of Evacuation, Ventilation, Sanitary Facilities, Lighting, Emergency Power Supply And Basic Equipment. Superordinate Requirement: The Solutions Are To Meet The Requirements For An Mds As A Collective Protection Facility, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 932). It Is Not Permissible To Limit The Scope To Simple Basement Renovation. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Functional Result, And Not Only For The Execution Of The Items Of Work Listed, For Example, In The Pfu. Design And Build System.
