The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Identification Of The Conditions Of Construction Works, Installation Connections, Accessibility Of The Area (Including, In Particular, Difficulties In The Passage Of Equipment And Means Of Technological Transport) And Other Restrictions For The Purposes Of Demolition, 2) Preparatory And Security Works, Including Fencing, Securing And Marking The Demolition Site, Securing Trees And Bushes Growing Nearby, 3) Removing Accumulated Garbage From The Property And Transporting It To The Waste Management Site, 4) Carrying Out Demolition Works Of The Facilities Construction Works, 5) Finishing Works At Each Address, 6) Removal Of Rubble And Other Demolition Materials To The Waste Management Site, Including The Fee For Storage And Disposal Of Separated Material, 7) Development And Tidying Up Of The Area After Demolition, In Accordance With Approved Construction Designs For The Demolition Of The Building, Demolition Permit Decisions, And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), 8) For Each Address: Preparing Post-Construction Geodetic Documentation With An Update Of The Basic Map, Reporting The Liquidation Of Facilities To The Board Of Geodesy, Cartography And City Cadastre In Wrocław And Obtaining An Officially Certified Map With The Changes Made.
