Implementation Stage: Construction Of The Olioc Warehouse: The Contractor Will Carry Out Works Including Removal Of The Topsoil Layer, Earthworks, Stabilization Of The Ground To The Appropriate Load-Bearing Category, Pouring Of Reinforced Concrete Footings And Foundation Strips, Assembly Of A Prefabricated Steel Frame Structure Of The Main Building With Adaptation Of The Load-Bearing Structure To The Operation Of A Crane, Assembly Of A Lightweight Casing Made Of Pir Sandwich Panels, Construction Of An Industrial Floor With Increased Load-Bearing Capacity With Layers Of Insulation Xps Underflooring, Mechanically Troweled Smooth.
