Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Internal Road Located On Plot No. 48, Jemiołowo District, Olsztynek Commune, On A Section With A Length Of Approximately 540 M. 2. Information Regarding Co-Financing. Implementation Of The Task Titled Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Municipal Road In Jemiołowo (Division 48, Jemiołowo District) Covered By Contract No. 28/2026/A/217/79 Of July 17, 2026 For Co-Financing Of An Annual Task Under The Government Road Development Fund.3. Objective Of The Task The Objective Of The Task Is To Improve The Technical Condition Of The Road, Increase User Safety And Ensure Appropriate Operational Parameters Adapted To Local Traffic And Agricultural Vehicles. The Scope Of Works Includes Construction Of A New Bituminous Surface, Improvement Of Surface Drainage, Reconstruction Of Roadsides And Construction Of Road Markings And Speed Bumps, Which Will Contribute To Improving Road Safety.4. Existing Technical Conditionthe Existing Road Has An Asphalt Surface In Poor Technical Condition. There Are Numerous Cracks, Defects, Deformations And Unevenness, Which Impair Traffic Comfort And Safety. Ground Shoulders Are Low, Unstable And Do Not Ensure Proper Drainage Of The Road, Which Leads To The Accumulation Of Rainwater And Accelerates The Degradation Of The Road Structure. The Current Technical Condition Impedes The Passage Of Agricultural Vehicles And Residents Access To Agricultural Properties And Areas.5. Scope Of The Order The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Preparatory Works, Including Measurement And Surveying Works, Reconstruction Of The Route And Height Points, Marking Out Works In The Field, Securing The Construction Site And Introducing And Maintaining Temporary Traffic Organization. 2) Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Works. 3) Profiling And Compaction Of The Existing Substrate. 4) Grading And Leveling Of The Existing Foundation Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate (Kłsm 0/31.5) With An Average Thickness Of 8 Cm. 5) Construction Of A Leveling Layer Of Ac11w Asphalt Concrete, 4 Cm Thick, Including Interlayer Sprinkling And Cleaning Of The Substrate. 6) Construction Of A 4 Cm Thick Ac11s Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course, Including Interlayer Sprinkling And Surface Cleaning. 7) Reconstruction Of Existing Exits By Adjusting Their Height To The Designed Road Grade And Creating A Bituminous Surface. 8) Construction Of Both Sides Of Roadsides Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate (Kłsm), 10 Cm Thick And 0.50 M Wide. 9) Arrangement Of Surface Drainage Of The Road. 10) Construction Of A Speed Bump. 11) Installation Of Vertical Markings, Including Marking The Speed Limited Zone And Speed Bump In Accordance With The Approved Permanent Traffic Organization Design. 12) Carrying Out Finishing Works, Including Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Co
