The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called: Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Towns Of: Góra Kalwaria, Dobiesz, Solec And Obręb, Which Includes The Modernization Of The Road Lighting System By Replacing Energy-Inefficient Lighting Fixtures With Led Technology Fixtures On Municipal Roads.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Maximum Use Of Existing Poles, Booms And Lighting Network, Which Is Consistent With The Request To Calculate Investment Needs As Economically As Possible. It Is Required To Replace The Indicated Fixtures2) To Restore The Road Surfaces Damaged During The Works To A Condition No Worse Than The Original One And To Ensure Road Passability. If The Ordering Party Finds Damage Outside This Strip Caused By The Contractor, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove The Damage And Restore The Original Condition Of The Area At Its Own Expense.
