The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Building Located On Plots No. 126/30 And 126/32 (Part) At Ul. Osiedle Wojskowe 13 In Zegrze Południowy, Nieporęt Commune. For The Investment In Question, By Decision No. 1638/25 Of December 30, 2025, The Starosta Of Legionowo Approved The Construction Design By Microgeo Pracownia Projektowa I Geodezyjna Joanna Wierzchoń And Granted A Building Permit. The Building Will Have Two Functions: A Library On Part Of The Ground Floor And An Integration And Activation Center On The Remaining Part Of The Ground Floor And The First Floor. The Ground Floor Consists Of A Service Part (Library And Workshop Room) And A Utility Part (Boiler Room, Social Rooms, Toilets). On The First Floor There Is A Zone Intended For Integration And Social Activation, Which Includes: An Integration Room, A Quiet Room, A Therapy Room, A Physical Activity Room And Auxiliary Rooms, I.E. A Dining Room With A Kitchenette, An Equipment Storeroom, A Cloakroom And Toilets. As Part Of The Reconstruction, In Connection With The Planned Library Room Above The Existing Basement, The Basement Is Planned To Be Liquidated. In The First Stage, The Building In Question Was Subjected To Thermal Modernization, Including Works Specified In The Opz.
