The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Performance Of Construction Works In The Field Of Installation Of Piping And Cabling For The Transport System Of Clean And Dirty Litter In The Animal Facility Located In The Research And Teaching Building Of The Jagiellonian University Medical College At Ul. Medyczna 7A In Kraków, Together With Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Launch Of The System.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It. 1.2 The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex A To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Technical Documentation, I.E. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Which Are An Integral Part Of The Swz.
