I. The Subject Of This Order Includes The Following: 1. Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task Titled Modernization Of The Sports Field And Supplementation Of Infrastructure At Długa Street In Jedlina-Zdrój. The Scope Of Documentation Adapted To The Planned Procedure For Obtaining Effective Approval For Its Implementation, I.E. Obtaining A Valid Notification Of Works/Obtaining A Building Permit. 2. Execution Of Construction Works, In Accordance With The Previously Developed Technical Documentation, Which Has Been Approved By The Employer, Consisting In The Modernization Of The Sports Field And The Playground And Retrofitting With Playground Equipment And Small Architecture, In Particular: A) Execution Of A Foundation Layer And A Safe Surface For The Fitness Playground, B) Replacement Of The Playground Fitness Equipment, Addition Of Sports Equipment, C) Construction Of A Panel Fence For The Playground And Playing Field, D) Construction Of A Polyurethane Epdm Surface For The Basketball Court With Graphics, E) Replacement Of Sports Field Equipment, F) Arrangement Of Greenery In The Complex, G) Preparation Of The Area And Laying Of Geotextile. 3. Effective Notification Of Completion Of Works/Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. 4. List Of Facility Equipment: A) Fitness Equipment Min. 5 Pcs., Including Two Multifunctional Sets, B) Waste Bins - 4 Pcs. C) Benches With Backrests - 7 Pcs. H) Low Plantings Of Arborvitae - 12 Pcs.5. Requirements For The Polyurethane Playing Field Surface: The Work Technology Must Be Consistent With That Specified In The Design Documentation. The Structural Layers Of All Cross-Section Elements, Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes Should Correspond To The Solutions Adopted In The Design. Detailed Descriptions Of The Pavement Structure Requirements Can Be Found In The Pfu. The Concept Assumes The Implementation Of New Structural Layers Of The Subgrade And Epdm Polyurethane Surface. Throughout The Entire Area, The Geometry And Grade Of The Facility Should Be Adjusted To The Existing Terrain. The Existing Stone Aggregate Surface Should Be Used To Make The Foundation. Ground Surfaces Improved With Stone Material Should Be Demolished Unless The Designer Decides Otherwise. In Sections Where It Is Necessary To Replace The Existing Structure With A New One, Earthworks Should Be Carried Out To Levels Enabling The Execution Of All Structural Layers Of The Foundation. It Is Proposed To Use A Two-Sided Pitch Slope Of >0.5% To Enable Drainage Of Rainwater Towards Adjacent Areas - As Currently. The Gradeline Should Be Adjusted To The Existing One, Taking Into Account The Current And Planned Surface Structure. The Drainage Of The Facility Should Be Planned As Surface Drainage With Rainwater Discharged Towards Adjacent
