The Subject Of This Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Renovation Works Of Free-Standing Air Defense Gaps As Protective Structures Classified As Mds (Memory Shelter). The Implementation Of The Task Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of An Executive Design For The Planned Renovation Of Anti-Aircraft Slots, 2) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, 3) Installation Of Necessary Materials And Equipment, 4) Performing Electrical Measurements, 5) Preparation Of Validation Documents (Protocols, Approvals, Certificates, Etc.). The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. A To Swz; Agreement Template - Annex No. 4 To Swz. The Order Must Be Completed By November 10, 2026 From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Provided That The Design Documentation Within 1 Month From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Order Has Been Completed On Time If The Partial Acceptance Report For The Design Documentation And The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order Are Signed By The Expiry Of Above Deadlines. The Duration Of The Design Documentation Acceptance Activity Is Included In The Deadline For Completing The Design Documentation.
