1. The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of A Specialized Means Of Sanitary Transport With Equipment (Electric Stretcher) With A 4X4 Drive For The Needs Of The Basic Medical Team. 2. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Requires A Brand New Vehicle With No Operational Mileage (Only Technical Mileage Is Allowed), With The Production Date Of The Base Vehicle - Min. 2026.2) The Offered Vehicle Should Have An Approval Certificate For The Base Vehicle And The Completed Vehicle Issued On The Basis Of The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919) And Should Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act.3) The Offered Medical Products Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1620).4) The Contractor Provides Basic Warranty Service For The Offered Base Vehicle At An Authorized Service Station Located No Further Than 130 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Distance From The Ordering Partys Seat To Be Greater Than 130 Km.3.
