Tenders Are Invited For Proceedings To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Successive Provision Of Insulation Services, Including The Execution, Replacement And Repair Of Insulation In Devices And Installations

3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Insulation Works On Devices And Installations At The Ztpo Premises. The Service Includes Work On Two Boiler Lines During The Planned Inspection Of Installations Located At The Waste Thermal Processing Plant In Krakow. 3.2. The Ordering Party Will Commission Insulation Works In Accordance With The Actual Needs Resulting From The Operation Of The Waste Thermal Conversion Plant And The Schedule Of Planned Inspections And Renovations Of The Installation. The Scope Of Work Specified In The Procedure Documentation Is Estimated And Serves Only To Estimate The Value Of The Order And Prepare The Offer. The Ordering Party Stipulates That It Is Not Obliged To Order The Full Estimated Scope Of Work, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.3.3. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Contractor. The Contract Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Executive Orders Placed Successively By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Its Current Needs Resulting From The Operation Of The Waste Thermal Processing Plant And Planned Inspections, Renovations And Failures Of Equipment And Installations. Each Execution Order Will Specify The Scope Of Insulation Works, The Place Of Their Performance And The Deadline For Completion.3.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Swz And The Unit Price Form, And The Method Of Implementation Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Framework Agreement (Including Annexes).3.5. The Framework Agreement Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Within 24 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion Or Until The Amount Allocated For Its Implementation Is Exhausted - Whichever Occurs First.
