Tenders are invited for Improvement of Central Air-Conditioning System and Supply and Installation of Split Type Air Conditioners for Colombo South Teaching Hospital - Kalubowila, Dehiwala A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from the Additional Secretary (Procurement), on working days between 09:30 am. and 03:00 pm. up to 01.09.2026 on submission of a written request to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 20,000.00 Bids shall be valid for 91 days until 02/12/2026. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security issued by a commercial bank in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka amounting to LKR 800,000.00 for the validity up to 30/12/2026. Sealed Bids shall be delivered and deposited in Original and Duplicate in the tender box at the address below at or before 10.00 am on 02.09.2026. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or bidders representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected. Pre bid Meeting and site visit will be held at 10.00 a.m on 18.08.2026 at Director Office, Colombo South Teaching Hospital - Kalubowila, Dehiwala.
