1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip The Rooms Of The Historic Building Of The District Court In Ełk At 4 Małeckich Street With An Air-Conditioning System. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction And Installation Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Complete Air-Conditioning Installation, Its Commissioning And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Acceptance Of The Air-Conditioning Installation In The Building, Together With The Modernization Of The Power Infrastructure, I.E. Replacement Of The Internal Power Supply Line (Wlz), Replacement Of The Main Switchgear, Replacement Of The Fire Protection Circuit Breaker System And Adaptation Of The Installation To The Applicable Regulations. Fire And Electricity Regulations.2. The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works In Accordance With The Swz, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And A Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz.3. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) Are For Information Purposes Only And Constitute Auxiliary Material For Calculating The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify Them Before Preparing An Offer. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation And The Auxiliary Bill Of Quantities, The Design Documentation Shall Be Decisive, And The Contractor May Not Demand Additional Remuneration For Omitting Specific Works From The Bill Of Quantities, Provided They Were Provided For In The Design.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Devices Delivered Under The Order Are Brand New, Undamaged, Unused And Free From Third Party Rights.
