V. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Titled: Reconstruction Of The Service Building Of The Emergency Service In Skawina In The Scope Of Adding A Passenger Elevator, Changing The Window And Door Opening In The External Wall, Reconstruction Of External Stairs And Ramps, Including In Particular: Dismantling, Demolition And Preparatory Works, Concrete, Reinforcement, Assembly, Insulation, Plastering, Painting, Flooring And Installation Works In The Field Of Electrical Installation, Including Installation Of A Passenger Elevator, Ramp And External Stairs And Land Development. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Final Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Operation Of The Elevator And The Final Decision On The Use Permit. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Technical Documentation Collectively Defined As Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Design Documentation; 2) Bill Of Quantities - It Constitutes An Illustrative Scope Of Works And Is Of An Auxiliary Nature; 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb).
