1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of It Equipment As Part Of The Cyberkropla - Cybersecure Water Supply In Darłowo Project. 2. The Order Is Co-Financed Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Measure C3.1.1 Cybersecurity - Cyberpl. Grant Competition Number Kpod.05.10-Cw.01-001/25.3. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Six Parts: 1) Part No. 1 - Delivery Of The Server With Disks (Introduction Of The Active Directory Domain, Server Virtualization).4. A Detailed Description Of The It Equipment Can Be Found In Annexes No. 2A To Swz.5. The Delivery Item Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Registered Office.6. A Physical Defect Should Also Be Understood As Any Non-Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3) The Equipment Must Be Equipped With All Standard Software Solutions Necessary For Its Operation And Ensuring The Required Functionalities Of The Equipment, Along With The Right For The Ordering Party To Use These Solutions In Such A Function Indefinitely, But In Each Case Not Less Than For The Time During Which It Will Be Technically Possible To Use The Equipment.4) Warranty Documents Issued And Provided By The Contractor Should Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz.5) The Software Must Be Will Be From A Legal, I.E. Accepted By The Software Manufacturer, Distribution Channel And Will Be Made Available To The Ordering Party For Use On Terms Used Or Accepted By Such Manufacturer.7.
