Szkolna: Cable Line 216 (250) M Long, Installation Of 6 Poles And 6 Lighting Fixtures; - Oleśnica, Ul. Zaściele: Suspension Of The Lighting Cable On The Poles Of The Low-Voltage Line At A Length Of 200 (210) M, Installation Of 5 Pcs. Of Poles And 5 Pcs. Of Lighting Fixtures. Scope Of Works To Be Performed On Each Section: A) Works Related To The Installation Of Poles, B) Works Related To The Installation Of A Cable Line And Street Lighting Cables, C) Works Related To The Installation Of Lighting Fixtures And Performance Of All Works To Guarantee The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Appendix No. 12 To The Swz, Together With Attachments, I.E.: 1) Design Documentation. 2) Bill Of Quantities. 3) Detailed Technical Specifications. 3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Ensuring Proper Security, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site; 2) Obtaining The Required Consents For The Occupation Of The Road; 3) Surveying Services Along With Post-Construction Inventory; 4) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works; 5) Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition And Compensating Any Damage To The Owners Of The Property Where The Damage Occurred Due To The Fault Of The Contractor; 6) Providing Documentation Post-Construction7) Post-Assembly Tests, I.E. Testing The Effectiveness Of Protection Against Electric Shock, Measurements Of Insulation And Earthing Resistance;8) Full Liability Of The Contractor For Violating Environmental Protection Regulations On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site And Waste Management To The Extent That It Completely Exempts The Ordering Party From This Liability.
