The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Central Warehouse For Civil Protection And Civil Defense Equipment, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Located At Ul. Kościuszki In Ogrodzieniec, On Plots No. 625/85 And 625/84, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Use Permits. 2. The Facility Will Be A Single-Story, Free-Standing Warehouse Hall, Classified As Category Xviii Buildings (Industrial Buildings And Warehouse Facilities) And Category Xxii (Storage Yards, Parking Lots, Waste Landfills, Parking Lots). The Hall Is Intended To Store Equipment, Devices, Materials And Equipment Used During Rescue Operations, Crisis Situations And The Implementation Of Civil Protection Tasks In The Ogrodzieniec Commune.3. The Designed Warehouse Will Not Be Intended For Storing Hazardous, Toxic Or Explosive Materials. The Facility Was Classified As A Pm Warehouse Building, Without Permanent Human Residence, With The Expected Periodic Performance Of Activities Related To Receiving, Sorting, Reloading And Issuing Stored Equipment.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation Attached To The Procedure - Annex No. 6 To Swz.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.6. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.7. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.8. If Trademarks, Patents, Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Only Specify The Minimum Expected Quality And Functional Parameters And The Required Standard. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. Those Whose Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Are No Worse (At Least The Same Or Better) Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Their Use Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation.
