The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Storage Shelter For Winter Road Maintenance Products, With Boxes For Road Salt And Sand, Along With Hardening The Area, Drainage, A Sliding Gate And Installations: Power Supply, Lighting And Cabling For Cctv Monitoring, On Plot No. 50, Precinct 0020, Id 220401_1.0020.50, At Ul. Kupiecka 16 In Pruszcz Gdański. The Facility Is Intended To Enable Dry Work With Materials For Winter Road Maintenance: Storage Inside The Shelter, Mixing And Loading Under A Roof, And Mechanical Sweeping Of The Surface Clean After Completion Of Work. The Result Of The Order Is To Be A Complete, Durable And Ready-To-Use Facility, Including Design Documentation, Construction Works, Tests, Acceptance And As-Built Documentation.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Inventory Of The Existing Condition, 2) Development Of Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, In All Necessary Industries, To The Extent Required For The Implementation Of The Works; Including: A) Land Development Design, Architectural, Structural, Road, Drainage, Electrical And Telecommunications Solutions, B) Bioz Information, C) Investors Cost Estimate, 3) Ensuring Authors Supervision Within The Scope Referred To In The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, 4) Determining The Appropriate Mode Of Execution Of Works And Obtaining By The Contractor Documents Required By Regulations For The Adopted Solution; 5) Construction Of The Final Shelter And Prefabricated Boxes Concrete Or An Equivalent Solution And A Base Resistant To The Traffic Of Trucks And Loaders;6) Construction Of A Surface Of Road Slabs And Paving Stones To The Extent Shown In The Pzt, With Corrections Resulting From The Design Documentation,7) Execution Of Drainage And Inclusion Of Clean Rainwater Into The Existing Square Drainage System, After Checking Its Capacity;8) Construction Of A Sliding Gate In The Existing Fence, 9) Execution Of Electrical Installations, Lighting And Routes Telecommunications; 10) Tests, Measurements, Acceptances, 11) Delivery Of Instructions, As-Built Documentation 12) Tidying Up The Area.
