1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Buildings Of The Recreation Center Of The West Pomeranian University Of Technology In Szczecin, Located In Dziwnów At Ul. Kościelna 35, 35A, Including, Among Others: The Following Construction Works: 1) In The Building Of The So-Called White: - Replacement Of Installations In The Boiler Room, - Soundproofing Of Walls Between Rooms, - Replacement Of Carpets In Rooms, - Replacement Of Partition Walls Between The Room And The Bathroom, - Replacement Of Tiles And Terracotta, - Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations. And Central Heating, - Replacement Of Door Joinery In Rooms.2) In The Building, The So-Called Red: - Changing The Function Of Rooms - Rooms Into A Bathroom And Bathrooms Into A Bathroom And Hall, - Replacing The Door To The Room With An Ei Door, - Installing An Ei Wall In The Corridor, - Replacing Carpets In The Rooms, - Installing Partition Walls And Installing Hpl Walls In The Bathroom, - Replacing Tiles And Terracotta, - Replacing The Water And Sewage Installations. The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of This Order Also Includes Additional Services Related To The Commencement, Performance And Completion Of Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order, Including: 1) Taking Over The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works, Its Appropriate Preparation, Security And Maintenance; 2) Obtaining, Purchasing And Delivering To The Place Of Execution Of The Order (Construction Site) Materials, Equipment And Construction Products, Tools Or Other Types Of Equipment And Machines Necessary To Perform The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order; 3) Selection, Directing The Works Execution Staff To Carry Out The Works And Maintaining Them Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Works In A Number Enabling The Execution Of The Works Within The Time Specified In Section 1 Above, Including Management Staff In The Person Of Works Managers With Authorizations To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In A Specialty Entitling Them To Manage: Construction Works In The General Construction Industry (One Person), Works In The Electrical Industry (One Person) And Works In The Sanitary Industry (One Person); 4) Carrying Out Works Related To The Removal Of Demolition Waste From The Construction Site And Its Management (Removal From The Construction Site, Storage In A Landfill, Disposal, Etc.), In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical And Descriptive Documentation Of The Works And The Legal Provisions Applicable In This Regard;5) Carrying Out The Required Measurements, Tests And Checks Of Construction Equipment Built Or Otherwise Installed In The Execution Of The Works;6) Preparing As-Built Documentation;7) Granting The Ordering Party A Minimum Of 60 Months Warranty (Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Referred To In § 13 Section
