Architectural And Related Services – Drafting Service For The Basic And Execution Project And Project Management Of The Works For The New Judicial Headquarters Of Alcalá De Guadaíra (C-2026/033). This Service Contract Includes: A) The Drafting Of The Basic And Execution Project For The Construction Of The Judicial Headquarters Of Alcalá De Guadaíra. The Project Must Include Preliminary Studies, The Health And Safety Study, The Waste Management Study And All Other Documentation Detailed In The Technical Specifications; And B) The Project Management Of The Work Corresponding To The Previous Project, Composed Of The Construction Director, The Work Execution Director And The Health And Safety Coordinator During The Execution Of The Work, Without Prejudice To Other Collaborators That May Be Required In The Technical Specifications.
