Bids Are Invited For Real Estate Appraisal Services - Southern Interior Region (2 Year Contract)

The Ministry Of Transportation And Transit (The “Ministry”) Is Issuing This Request For Proposals (Rfp) To Procure Consulting Services Contracts With Qualified Appraisers To Provide Real Estate Appraisal Services In Various Regions Of The Province Of British Columbia. Appraisers Are Expected To Provide A Full Spectrum Of Valuation Assignments Including Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial And Agricultural Properties. A High Degree Of Professionalism Is Expected As The Successful Proponent May Be Dealing With Highly Confidential And Politically Sensitive Issues.The Contractor Must Have A Proven Ability To Provide Services To Meet Project Timelines. Furthermore, The Contractor Must Be Completely Self-Sufficient In Providing Their Services.The Ministry Wishes To Identify And Retain Up To Five (5) Appraisal Firms To Assist The Southern Interior Region Highways And Regional Services Division With Real Estate Appraisal Services And Advisory Services On An “As And When” Basis.
