The City Of White Rock (The “City”) Invites Qualified Proponents To Submit Proposals For Hub26-005 - Environmental Site Assessment Consultant Services. The Assignment Comprises A Combined Phase I Environmental Site Assessment And Stage 1 Preliminary Site Investigation Of The White Rock Civic Block Satisfying Csa Standard Z768-01 (Reaffirmed 2022) And The First Stage Requirements Of Section 58 Of The Contaminated Sites Regulation, Together With A Site Disclosure Statement Trigger Memorandum, A Limited Environmental Development Permit Screening, Geotechnical Program Review And Coordination, Environmental Cost-Risk Input To Class B Estimating, And, Where Warranted And Authorized, A Provisionally Priced Stage 2 Work Plan And Authorization Package. Provisional Field Services Are Separately Identified And Shall Proceed Only Under An Accepted Work Plan And Written City Authorization. The Base Services Assessment Area Is Fixed As Delineated In Appendix 5. The Assessment Area Shall Not Change Except By Addendum Issued Before The Closing Date And Time Or By Written Change Authorization After Award. The Successful Proponent Will Be Expected To Work Collaboratively With The City, The Development Representative, The Prime Consultant Team (Where Applicable), The Geotechnical Consultant, The Quantity Surveyor, And Other Supporting Technical Consultants Associated With The Project.
