As A Result Of This Tender Procedure, The Municipality Aims To Enter Into An Agreement With One (1) Contractor So That It Can Meet Its Needs Regarding Valuation Reports And Purchase/Sales Advice For Various Projects On A Structural Basis. The Estimated Annual Order Value Is Approximately €77,500 Excl. Vat. This Amount Is Indicative, No Rights Can Be Derived From This. A Maximum Registration Sum / Ceiling Amount Of €310,000 Applies To This Tender. Further Explanation Is Included In Section 4.2 Of This Descriptive Document And On The Price Sheet. To Ensure That The Framework Agreement Can Be Used Effectively During The Entire Term And To Prevent The Framework Agreement From Prematurely Losing Its Effectiveness In The Event Of An Unforeseen Increase In The Number Of Valuation Reports And Purchase And Sale Advice, The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 450,000 Excluding Vat Over The Total Term Of Four (4) Years. If This Maximum Total Value Is Exceeded Within The Maximum Term Of Four (4) Years, The Framework Agreement Will No Longer Have Any Effect And The Framework Agreement Will Terminate By Operation Of Law. In That Case, The Municipality Will Re-Tender The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Procurement Legislation.
