The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil Of The Ekoterm Plus Type Or Equivalent, Hereinafter Referred To As Oil, In A Maximum Quantity Of Up To 192,000 Liters, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, In The Following Division: 1) 30,000 Liters To The Municipal Office In Prusice (Hereinafter Referred To As The Municipal Office In Prusice) At Ul. Market Square 1; 2) 124,000 Liters For The Primary School. Henryk Sienkiewicz In Prusice (Hereinafter Referred To As The Primary School In Prusice) At Ul. The Price Of One Liter Of Oil Will Include All The Contractors Costs, Including The Cost Of Transport, Loading And Unloading, Etc. 5. The Order Concerns The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil Ekoterm Plus Or Equivalent With The Following Parameters (Quality Standards): - Appearance (20 °C, 101.3 Kpa): Liquid, Red Color, - Smell: Characteristic, - Density At 15 °C Maximum 860 Kg/M3 - Ignition Temperature : > 56 °C, − Calorific Value Not Less Than 42.6 Mj/Kg, − Kinematic Viscosity (20 °C): ≤6 Mm2/S, − Fractional Composition: • Up To 250°C, Distils Not More Than 65%(V/V), • Up To 350°C, Distils Not Less Than 85%(V/V), −Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.2% (M/M), -Residue After Coking Not More Than 0.3% (M/M), -Residue After Ashing Not More Than 0.01% (M/M), -Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg, -Pour Point Not Higher Than - 20°C, -Turbidity Point 1°C; −Content Of Solid Impurities Not More Than 24 Mg/Kg. 6. The Contractor Guarantees, Through Analyzes Performed On Each Batch Of Oil, That The Goods Will Comply With The Quality Conditions Specified In The Order Confirmation. 7. The Contractor Will Attach A Current Certificate Of The Quality Of The Supplied Fuel Oil To Each Delivery. 8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Subject A Randomly Selected Sample Of Fuel Oil Delivered By The Contractor To A Laboratory Inspection Without Notifying The Contractor, For The Purpose Of Quality Control In Terms Of Compliance Of The Supplied And Used Fuel Oil With The Physical And Chemical Properties Specified In This Tor. 9. The Tests Will Be Performed In The Contractors Laboratory Or In An Independent Accredited Laboratory (E.G. The Institute Of Petroleum And Coal Chemistry And Technology Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology) Or Another Accredited Laboratory From Among Those Specified Above. It Is Up To The Ordering Party, Which May Request Tests To Be Performed In Both Centers Simultaneously. 10. Disclosure Through Laboratory Tests
