Sewage Screens – 02/03/2026 Delivery And Installation Of Technological Equipment For Aerobic Waste Processing In A Membrane System At The Composting Plant In Bieruń. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Technological Equipment For Aerobic Waste Processing In A Membrane System At The Composting Plant In Bieruń, Together With Training For Staff Designated By The Ordering Party (Maximum 10 People) And Technological Start-Up Of The Delivered And Installed Equipment. The Employer Will Consider An Equivalent System For The Aerobic Processing Of Biodegradable Waste To Be A System Based On Semi-Permeable Membranes, Positive Aeration And A Control System. It Will Be Equipped With The Technology Of Closed Bioreactors Meeting Bat Requirements And Covered With A Membrane. Designed For Composting All Biodegradable/Organic Waste, Including Sewage Sludge And Bio-Waste (Green, Kitchen). Using Controlled Composting, The System Should Be Able To Carry Out Hygienization Processes (Within A Period Not Longer Than 15 Days Of Actual Composting) And Organic Stabilization Of The Input Material. The System Should Operate Without Spraying The Waste Bed And Be Equipped With Channels Capable Of Discharging Process Leachates. Waste Composting Cannot Last Longer Than 50 Days And Consist Of At Least Two Phases (Not Shorter Than 20 Days But Not Longer Than 25 Days) During Which The Waste Is Turned Over Once, After The First Three Weeks, And The Weight Loss During The Entire Process Is Not Less Than 15% Relative To The Weight Of The Input Material. The System Should Be Able To Mix Composted Waste With Structural Material, Consisting Of Wood Chips Ranging From 40 To 120 Mm In Size And Pre-Shredded Branches Of Various Types. As A Result Of Mixing The Waste With Structural Material In A Mass Ratio Of 1:1, A Compost Mixture Should Be Created, Ready For Filling In The Boxes. After Completing The Process Under The Membranes, The Compost Mixture Should Be Sieved On A Sieve With A Mesh Not Smaller Than 15 Mm And Not Larger Than 25 Mm. The Under-Sieve Fraction Should Be A Fraction Of The Finished Compost. The Oversize Fraction Should Be Suitable For Use As An Element Of Structural Material In The Next Composting Process. The Recovery Rate Of Structural Material Should Not Be Less Than 70%. The Obtained Compost Should Be Commercially Available. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks In The Delivery Of Composting Technology, I.E. Installation Of Membranes And Automation Of The Supplied Technological Equipment For Aerobic Waste Processing In The Membrane System, By Which The Ordering Party Means A Set Of Probes And A Computer Set Included In The Offered Subject Of The Order, And Then Carrying Out Commissioning Of The Installation And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff. With Respect To Key Tasks Reserved For Personal Performance By The Contractor, The Contractor Cannot Rely On The Capabilities Of The Entity Providing The Resources, Under The Terms
