Cycle Path Construction Work – Development Of Urban Mobility In The Nowy Dwór County: Construction Of A Bicycle Path With Accompanying Infrastructure In The Nasielsk Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Entitled: Development Of Urban Mobility In The Nowy Dwór County: Construction Of A Bicycle Path With Accompanying Infrastructure In The Nasielsk Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes Section No. 5 Of The Pfu. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation, 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 4. Construction Works May Commence Only After The Design Documentation Has Been Approved By The Ordering Party. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Agree With The Supervision Inspector And The Ordering Party The Works Program (Material And Financial Schedule) Regarding The Entire Order, Including In Particular The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Decisions And Arrangements And Implementing Construction Works, Which Will Include The Method Of Implementing The Order While Maintaining The Continuity Of The Facilitys Operation. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Ensure Continuity Of Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In An Amount Corresponding At Least To The Price Of The Submitted Offer. 7. Any Contamination And Waste Must Be Disposed Of In Accordance With Generally Applicable Laws At The Contractors Expense. All Costs Related To Demolition, Transport, Storage And Disposal Of Demolition Materials Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Appropriate Documents Confirming The Disposal. 8. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Correctly Estimating The Scope Of The Order. 9. All Works, Supplies And Services Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Even If They Are Not Expressly Indicated In The Swz Or Pfu, But Result From Technical Knowledge, Regulations Or The Purpose Of The Investment, Are Considered To Be Included In The Offer Price And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Claims For Additional Remuneration. 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
