The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) The Subject Of The Order Complies With The Zn-07/Pkp Cargo 8 Standard, 2) The Brake Inserts Are Of The Highest Quality, Made Of Abrasion-Resistant High-Phosphorus Cast Iron Of The P10 Grade According To The Zn-07/Pkp Cargo 4 Standard, The Polish Standard Pn-K-88151:2002 And The Uic 832 Card Issued By The International Union Of Railways, 3) For The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Had A Certificate Of Approval For Operation Of A Typical Rail Vehicle Element Issued By The Office Of Rail Transport (Formerly The Chief Railway Inspector). 3. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In Writing The Equivalence Of The Offered Technical Parameters In Relation To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. If The Contractor Intends To Refer To The Official Certificate Referred To In The Act Of August 5, 2025 On The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors, He Is Obliged To Indicate It In Part Ii, Section A Of The Edz, Providing: The Number And Designation Of The Certificate, The Full Name Of The Certifying Entity That Issued The Document, The Validity Period Of The Certificate And The Exact Scope Of The Grounds For Exclusion Or Conditions Of Participation In Relation To Which The Contractor Refers To This Certificate. 5. A Detailed Description, Requirements, Method And Scope Of Contract Execution Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
