Architectural Services For Buildings – Energy-Efficient Renovation Of The Engelbert-Kaempfer-Gymnasium Sports Hall - Property Planning. The Old Hanseatic City Of Lemgo Intends To Have The Small Sports Hall At The Engelbert-Kaempfer-Gymnasium Renovated. The Sports Hall Was Built In 1977 And Has Not Been Renovated For Energy Efficiency Since Then. The Hall Therefore Only Has Thermal Insulation That Corresponds To The Standard At The Time, Although The Thermal Protection Ordinance Of August 11, 1977 Was Largely Not Met. The Hall Rlt Does Not Have Heat Recovery. A Pv System Was Subsequently Installed On The Roof By An External Operator, Which Will Be Temporarily Dismantled Free Of Charge By The Operator Of The System For The Lemgo Building Industry During The Roof Renovation - As Contractually Agreed. The System Is Currently Not Used For Internal Consumption. The Hall Is Used For School Sports And Is Also Available To Civil Society Associations Free Of Charge. The Single Hall Also Includes An Equipment Room, Two Control Rooms With Toilets And Showers, Two Changing Areas For Athletes With Toilets And Showers, As Well As Other Additional Usable Areas And An Entrance Area. The Barrier-Free Toilet Corresponded To The State Of The Art When The Building Was Constructed, But No Longer Met The Current Standards Of Din 18044 Part 1.
