The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Subsequent Ongoing Renovation Of The Existing Athletic Facilities Behind The Primary School Building In Zátor, Which Was Damaged By The Flood In 09/2024 - Ongoing Renovation (Structural Modification, Restoration) Of The Existing Athletic Oval And The Existing Long Jump, Part Of The Construction Will Also Include The Installation Of A New Steel Athletic (Portable) Tribune. On The Basis Of The Public Contract With The Designation Reconstruction Of The Multi-Purpose Playground - Primary And Kindergarten Zátor, Or Concluded Contracts, Construction Work On The Renewal Of The Existing Athletic Facilities Was Started. Subsequently, Work Was Interrupted And Stopped When The Contract With The Contractor Selected Here Was Terminated. The Subject Of This Public Contract With The Designation Reconstruction Of The Multi-Purpose Playground - Primary And Kindergarten Zátor Ii. Is A Follow-Up To The Work Already Carried Out And The Completion Of The Entire Building, When The List Of Dimensions (See Appendix No. 5 Zd) Contains Only Those Works That Are The Subject Of This Follow-On Public Contract. The Given Public Contract Thus Follows On From The Already Completed And In-Progress Parts Of The Construction Activities, Which Were Completed In The Course Of Them And Taken Over By The Contracting Authority.
