The Builder Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site Before Submitting An Offer. The Site Will Be Presented To Contractors:- 24 August 2026 At 10:00 A.M.; And- 8/24/2026 At 1:00 P.M. Contractors Must Notify Their Participation In The Site Presentations By 8/21/2026 At 12:00 P.M. Notification Of Participation Will Be Sent To The E-Mail Marked In The Contract Program. Porvoo Pikkukirkko From The 1740S Is Being Repaired After Water Damage. It Is A Repair Of An Old Building, In Which The Practices Of The Original Construction Period And The Long-Term Experience In The Buildings Durability Are Applied To The Structures. Restorative Construction Method The Building Is Subject To Regulations Dealing With The Restoration Of A Protected Building. The Goal Is To Preserve And Restore Cultural-Historical And Architectural Values. The Buildings Renovation, Alteration And Additional Construction Works Follow International Principles Regarding The Preservation Of Wooden Building Heritage. Protection The Building And Culturally Historically Valuable Church And Its Surroundings Are Protected By The Site Plan And The Church Act (652/2023). The Small Church Is Part Of Old Porvoo And Porvoo Linnamäkis Nationally Significant Built Cultural Environment (Rky) And A Provincially Valuable Landscape Area. The Contract Includes:- The Dismantled Organ Gallery Will Be Returned - The Organ Will Be Brought Back To The Gallery - The Isolated Organ Chamber Will Be Returned To The Attic - One Toilet And A Cleaning Closet Will Be Built In The Hall - The Technical Systems Will Be Reviewed And Some Of Them Will Be Moved To The Technical Cabinet Of The Gallery - To The West End Of The Main Room The Symmetrical Windows Of The Gallery Will Be Restored - The Replacement Air Valves Will Be Returned To Use And If Necessary New Ones Will Be Made - A New Exhaust Air Duct Will Be Made For The Sacristy - The Subfloors Of All The Churchs Rooms Will Be Repaired - The Original Plank Floors Will Be Returned To The Church Hall And The Vestibule - Maintenance Routes Will Be Improved To The Buildings Windows - The Altar Will Be Modified To Be Movable - The Altar Railing Will Be Replaced With A New One, - Risky Structures From The 1970S (Such As Mineral Wool Insulation) Will Be Replaced With Hygroscopic Ones Under Construction - Mechanical Exhaust Ventilation Will Be Replaced With Room-Specific Hybrid Ventilation - Inside The Building, All Building Technology Water Pipes Will Be Renewed (Does Not Apply To Fire Protection Systems) - Av And Electrical Technology Will Be Updated; And - All Other Work Mentioned In The Contract Documents
