The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Working Time Tracking And Shift Planning System To Be Acquired For Use By The City Of Parain As A Saas Service. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Find An Easy-To-Use, Reliable And Data-Secure Solution That Supports The Citys Working Time Management, Shift Planning, Front-Office Work And Hr Processes. The System Must Be Suitable For The Citys Current Needs And Enable Expansion Of Functionality, Number Of Users And Integrations In The Future As Well. The City Of Parainen Is A Bilingual City Of Approximately 15,000 Inhabitants In Finland Proper. Around 650 Employees Work In The City In Several Different Industries. The System Will Be Used In Different Work Environments, Such As Office Work, Mobile Work And Shift Work.
