Tenders Are Invited For Ordering The Auditor Service Of The National Audit Office For 2026, 2027 And 2028

The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Find An Auditor To Check The Compliance Of The Accounts And Transactions Of The National Audit Offices 2026, 2027 And 2028 Financial Year Reports With The State Budget Act Of The Corresponding Year. The Tender Is Carried Out On The Basis Of § 5 Of The National Audit Office Act, According To Which The Activities Of The National Audit Office Are Audited Annually By An Auditor Appointed By The Riigikogu On The Proposal Of The Finance Committee. The Auditing Company Has The Same Rights When Inspecting The Activities Of The National Audit Office As The National Audit Office Does When Conducting Inspections. Bids That Meet The Compliance Conditions Are Forwarded To The Finance Committee Of The Riigikogu, Which Makes A Decision Based On Them And Submits A Proposal To The Riigikogu To Appoint An Auditing Company.
