Public Order With The Subject Supply Of Multi-Functional Devices And Document Scanners For The Managing Authority Of The Human Resources Development Program Has Two Separate Items: Specific Item No. 1: Supply Of Multi-Functional Devices For The Managing Authority Of The Human Resources Development Program And Separate Item No. 2: Supply Of Document Scanners For The Managing Authority Of The Human Resources Development Program​​​​​​ When Determining The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement, The Requirements Of Art. 21 Of The Zop, Summing Up The Value Of All Similar Supplies. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. The Maximum Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Under The Two Separate Items Is Up To 49,500 Euros Without Vat, As: - The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Order For Separate Item 1 Is Up To 45,000 Euros Without Vat Included; - The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Order For Separate Item 2 Is Up To 4,500 Euros Without Vat Included. The Estimated Value Of Item Number 1 Represents 90.91% Of The Total Value Of The Order. The Estimated Value Of Item Number 2 Represents 9.09% Of The Total Value Of The Order. Since The Estimated Value Of Item No. 2 Is Below Eur 25,564.59, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. Consumables Ensuring The Printing Of A Minimum Of 450,000 Copies For The Total Number Of Devices (Outside Of The Starter Cartridges Initially Installed In The Mfp), And The Specific Number And Type Of Consumables Is Determined And Specified Independently By Each Participant In His Proposal, According To The Factory Resource Of The Proposed Device Model.
