The Types Of Research Are Described In Detail In Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification (Ts) And Are Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs. The Quantities Specified In The Specification Are Estimated And Do Not Oblige The Employer To Declare Them In Full, But According To The Needs Of The Medical Facility And Depending On The Number Of Patients. Place Of Execution Of The Order: The Delivery Of The Biological Material To The Contractor Will Take Place On The Territory Of Mbal - Blagoevgrad Ad. Period Of Execution: Term Of The Contract – 12 Months; The Offers Are Opened, Evaluated And Examined In Accordance With Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code And Art. 61 Of Ppzop. The Execution Of The Order Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Determined According To The Optimal Quality/Price Ratio Criterion, According To The Methodology For Determining A Complex Assessment (Appendix No. 2).
