Participants In The Open Procedure May Submit Bids For Special Position No. 1, In Accordance With The Technical Specification. The Delivery Under Separate Item No. 2 Will Be Assigned According To Its Individual Value On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop By Direct Assignment On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. No Bids Are Submitted For Specific Position No. 2. Total Estimated Value Of The Order – 56,050 Euros Without Vat, Or 67,260 Euros With Vat. Estimated Value Of Detached Item No. 1 For Which Offers May Be Submitted Is As Follows: €51,100 Excluding Vat, Or €61,320 Including Vat. Estimated Value Of Detached Lot No. 2, For Which No Bids Are Submitted, Is: €4,950 Excluding Vat, Or €5,940 Including Vat. At The Opening Of The Present Procedure, No Financing Has Been Secured For Its Implementation.
