The Subject Of The Public Procurement Delivery Of An Electric Boat With A Length Of Up To 9 M, To Provide For The Needs Of Op Municipal Properties, In Connection With The Management Activities Of The Chengene Skele Marina, Fishing Port Sarafovo And Kraimorie Marina. The Execution Of The Order Includes Delivery, Testing/Examination, Training Of The Employers Personnel And Provision Of All Necessary Documents Required According To The Bulgarian Legislation For The Registration Of The Vessels By The Relevant Competent Bulgarian Authority. The Current Public Procurement Is Fully Financed With The Funds Of The Municipality Of Burgas. Currently, No Funding Has Been Provided For The Implementation Of The Activities Provided For In This Public Procurement. On The Basis Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, The Contract For The Execution Of The Order Enters Into Force After Its Signing And After Securing Financing, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Notified In Writing. When Executing The Order, Exact Compliance With The Set And Approved Technical Parameters Is Mandatory.
