The Delivered Food Products Should Be Safe, Fit For Consumption And Not Harmful To Childrens Health, As Well As Meet The Requirements Of The Current Regulations Regarding The Production, Processing, Transport And Trade Of Food Products. Detailed Requirements Are Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Contracting Authority Complies With The Requirements Of Art. 47A, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Ordinance No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, Setting Conditions For The Participants In The Criteria For Awarding The Public Procurement, In Accordance With Art. 47A, Para. 2, Item 2 Of Zop. Place Of Execution Of The Order - The Execution Of The Public Order Will Be Carried Out At The Center For Special Educational Support Petko Rachov Slaveykov In The Town Of Harmanli. The Chosen Contractor Delivers The Goods At His Own Expense To The Above-Mentioned Object. Estimated Value Of The Order – 79,374.40 Euros (Seventy Nine Thousand Three Hundred And Seventy Four Euros And Forty Cents) Excluding Vat. The Quantities, Type And Requirements For The Food Products Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Price Proposal Attached To This Documentation. Important!!! The Quantities Of The Indicated Types Of Food Products In Each Group Are Estimated And Approximately Needed For A 12-Month Period. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities, According To The Needs Of The Objects Served, As Well As Not To Declare The Entire Listed Assortment, But According To The Concrete / Specific / Needs Of Each Structure. Deadline For Order Fulfillment - 12 /Twelve/ Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract. On The Basis Of Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Envisages That The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection.
