Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of An Operator For The Production And Delivery Of Food Vouchers On Paper For The Employees Of Csmp-Sliven And The Branches In Sliven, N. Zagora, Kotel And Tvarditsa According To Regulation No. 11/2005 For 2026.

The Object Of The Op Is The Selection Of An Operator For Printing And Delivery Of Vouchers On Paper With A Nominal Value Of 2 /Two/ Euros According To Ordinance No. 11 /2005. Having Reliable Protection. The Legal Basis For Conducting The Op Is Art. 20, Para. 3 And Art. 186-195 Of The Civil Code. The Legal Basis For Issuing The Vouchers Is Ordinance No. 11 Of The Ministry Of Health And Ministry Of Health And Welfare Of 12.21.2005. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Has Prepared A Methodology For Evaluating The Offers With Indicators Based On A Point System With A Maximum Number Of 100 Points. The Contracting Authority Has Also Defined Mandatory Conditions To Which The Paper Vouchers Must Meet. The Contract With A Specific Op Contractor Is Concluded For 12 Months From The Date Specified In It Or Its Entry Into Force. The Contracting Authority Has Also Approved Documentation For The Participation Of The Candidates In The Op, Attached In An Electronic Form.
