It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder To Deliver The Sealed Tender To 199 Queen Street, Charlottetown, Pe, C1a 4B7 Before The Time Indicated. Late Tenders Will Not Be Accepted And Will Be Returned To The Bidders. The Work Of This Project Is Comprised Of The Trail’S Restoration At The Hermitage Creek (Between North River Road And Raiders Road), Charlottetown. The Work Includes But Is Not Necessarily Limited To: 1) Site Work Involving All Work Relating To Excavation, Backfilling, Trail Gravel, Reclaimed Asphalt Paving, Topsoil, Seeding, Drainage Culvert, Riprap And Other Miscellaneous Site Work. Refer To Appendix ‘B’ For Additional Information Regarding Trails Reinstatement And Condition. 2) Traffic Control And Traffic Management During Construction. 3) Environmental Protection And Tree Protection (As Per City’S By-Laws). 4) Reinstatement 5) All In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications And Drawings Listed On Their Respective Index Of Specifications And Drawings Bidders Will Be Encouraged To Participate In A Site Visit On The Specified Date And Review The Site. The Site Visit Will Take Place At 1:00/ Pm On Wednesday August 13, 2026, Starting On Raiders Road Near The Pond. Each Bidder Is Responsible To Determine The Extent Of Work Involved.
