Printing And Delivery Services – Editorial And Graphic Design, Typesetting, Printing And Delivery Of A Bilingual Information And Promotional Brochure Under The Interreg Poland-Slovakia Program 2021-2027. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Editorial And Graphic Design, Typesetting, Printing And Delivery Of A Bilingual Information And Promotional Brochure, Translation Of Texts From Polish Into Slovak, Electronic Version Of The Brochure (The Brochure Will Have An Isbn Number). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. If The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Refers To Standards, The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Offer Just Because The Offered Supplies Do Not Comply With The Standards To Which The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order. All Documents Submitted To Confirm Equivalence Must Clearly Demonstrate Compliance With The Parameters, Functional, Operational, Quality And Safety Properties Specified By The Ordering Party. 5. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyrights To The Performed Works To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 7. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Interreg Poland - Slovakia Program 2021 - 2027. 8. The Value Of The Order Is: Pln 15,385.00 (Excluding Value Added Tax). 9. The Order Must Be Completed Within 24 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
