The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Simple Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Jpú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Sněžná Na Moravě, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Specified For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Real Estate Cadastre, As Amended. A Part Of The Cadastral Territory Of The Municipality Of Sněžné, Outside The Built-Up Territory Of The Municipality, Will Be Included In The District Of Simple Land Development. The Estimated Size Of The Area Under Consideration Is 19 Ha In The Cadastral Area. There Are 25 Parcels, 8 Lvs And 11 Owners In The District. The Election Of The Board Of Representatives Will Only Be Decided Upon Agreement With The Owners At The Initial Meeting. The Goal Of Simple Land Improvements Is Primarily The Restoration Of The Pond And The Access Roads To It.
