With This Tender, Summa Wants To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Party That Acts As A Broker For External Hiring Within The Organization. The Broker Is Responsible For A Careful And Professional Manner In Which The Hiring Within Summa Takes Place. The Assignment Includes The External Hiring Of External Professionals For Education-Related Functions, As Well As Supporting And Policy Functions. The Broker Is Responsible For Implementing A Streamlined, Transparent And Lawful Hiring Process Including The Recruitment And Selection Of Potential Candidates, Contracting, Administrative Handling And Ensuring Applicable Laws And Regulations. Expenses On External Hiring, Based On Historical Data, Currently Amount To Approximately €4,500,000 Annually, Excluding Vat. These Expenses Have Been Fairly Stable In Recent Years, So The General Expectation Is That These Annual Expenses Will Be Of A Comparable Size During The Term Of The Agreement. With A Maximum Term Of 6 Years Including Extensions, As Described In Section 1.4, The Estimated Value Of The Expenditure On External Hiring During The Term Amounts To €27,000,000 Excl. Vat.
