The Contract Covers The Following Services: Management Mandate - Administration, Management And Monitoring Of Municipal Rental Buildings In The City Of Colmar This Is A Service Contract At Unit Prices. For Each Property Managed Within The Framework Of This Contract, The Holder Will Receive Management Fees Calculated By Applying Percentages Detailed In The Rental Commitment Act Excluding Charges. Contract Benefits Are Not Allocated. Division Into Lots Would Make It Technically More Difficult And Financially More Costly To Carry Out The Services.
