The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of 600,000 Liters Of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Lpg) Meeting All Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 3 Section 2 Point 3 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529), And In Particular In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 28, 2021 On Quality Requirements For Liquefied Gas (Lpg) (Journal Of Laws, Item 1293) And The Standard Pn-En 589 Regarding Lpg Fuel For Motor Vehicles, Or Equivalent, And Must Also Comply With The Standards And Regulations Specifying Quality Requirements Amended During Deliveries.
