The Contract Covers Foreign Language Interpreting And Written Translation Services For The Department Of Yvelines And The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine. As Coordinator, The Department Of Yvelines Is Responsible For Leading The Award Procedure. Regarding The Execution Of Services, Each Member Of The Group Will Execute The Framework Agreement For The Part Corresponding To Its Needs. This Is A Single-Award Service Framework Agreement Concluded For The Following Minimum And Maximum Amounts Per Period: For The Department Of Yvelines: Without Minimum Amount, With Maximum Annual Amount Of 150,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat For The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine: With Minimum Amount Of 65,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat And With Maximum Amount Of 260,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat In Total, 260 000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Minimum And 1,640,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Maximum For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Period For Execution Of Services Is Set At One Year From Notification Of The Contract. It Is Tacitly Renewable 3 Times For A Period Of 1 Year, I.E. For A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years
